Davide Rasetti has been playing the piano since he was six years old and certainly defines himself as a pianist in all respects. This instrument is inside his soul and spirit, he communicates through the piano what it really wants to convey. Davide's solo piano takes inspiration from the solo piano concerts of Keith Jarrett (Davide’s idol to this day). During his solo piano concerts Davide improvises almost everything trying to take inspiration from the various musical styles that he studied during his many years of training: Classical, Jazz, World music, Funk, soul...

Davide has perfected his improvised technique throughout his life but in particular he took advantage of two years of studying a Masters at the Codarts University of Art in Rotterdam to delve deeper into the most effective improvised techniques for his pianissimo with research on Keith Jarrett.

Davide also performs solo piano concerts of classical and modern music but prefers improvised concerts to be able to express his creativity to the fullest by throwing himself into an unexplored world of harmonies and melodies that will never end.
